Kyle Barnas, 30, of Granville, Mass., was charged on Jan. 16 with disorderly conduct after numerous complaints were made in the Turkey Hills Apartment complex on Turkey Hills Road, police said. Barnas was released on a $1,000 bond the same day. He is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Enfield on Jan. 31.
